Glock Armorers Certificate

I completed the Armorers re-cert in Little Valley, N.Y. 09/20/11 and was told if I did not receive my certificate to contact Glock Training. I work as a Sub-contractor to D.O.E. and my company Allied Barton Security told me payment was made prior to the class date by credit card. Could you please inform me what the status is?
